Taking cues from my love of, and involvement with, the world of professional wrestling (true, seriously), I have learned the ropes of what it takes to create winning professional headshots and portrait photography.
In the world of professional wrestling, the wrestlers are masters not only in storytelling, but also in creating larger-than-life personas and brands that connect with their audience. They realize that if their brand/persona marketing is weak, then their chances at success will be weak as well. This is an important challenge and critical factor for success in any industry and business endeavor.
| brand: a particular identity or image regarded as an asset.
| persona: the aspect of someone’s character that is presented to or perceived by others.
Whether you realize it or not, you have a brand as well as a persona, and photography plays a huge role. Your photo is telling a story. But what story is it telling?
First impressions will either make (or break) you, as well as your business.
This is where professional photography is a non-negotiable. This is the core focus of Will Hoyler Photography and what I offer. These marketing tools (professional photos) are key elements to any business that must be in place in order to effectively promote a brand, persona, and/or product in order to achieve success.
Please see the “Photography Services” section for what I have to offer. From time to time, I will also provide a photography-related blog post here via a “Snapshot of Insight” blog.
They say that “a picture is worth a thousand words,” and how true that is! A picture can speak powerful volumes in so many different ways and to so many different people. The same can be said when working with a photographer.
If someone has a bad experience with a photographer, that “picture” will negatively “speak” volumes to many people. Alternately, if someone has a wonderful experience with a photographer, that “picture” will positively “speak” volumes to many people. And, hopefully, people will spread that [good] news to others so that they can become a client too!
I take great pride in my photography (and in all that I do), not only in the quality of photos that I produce, but also in the respect and professionalism that I strive to offer when I work with each and every client. I am now open for business and taking new clients.
I look forward to working with you and seeing what develops.
